Refund Policy

Assistrio billing refunds, cancellations, and how we handle subscriptions, add-ons, and AI credits.

No-refund overview

By purchasing a paid plan, add-on, or credit package, you acknowledge this policy. Payment processor terms and card network rules may still apply independently.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after payment is processed.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused time after you cancel.
  • Canceling stops future renewals; your workspace generally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Yearly plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a partial refund for remaining months unless required by law or explicitly approved by Assistrio support.

Add-ons

Paid add-ons are non-refundable once activated or delivered, including features that take effect immediately upon purchase. If an add-on fails to provision due to a verified platform error on our side, contact us for remediation or credit at our discretion.

AI credit top-ups

One-time AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, including credits that have not yet been consumed. Credits are consumed according to product usage rules and may not be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not reverse charges already completed.
  • After cancellation, access typically continues until the end of the paid period, then may downgrade or suspend per plan rules.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example duplicate charges, incorrect plan amount, or unauthorized payment — contact us promptly with transaction details. We may review cases individually and issue a correction or account credit where appropriate. This does not change our general no-refund policy for valid, authorized purchases.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. We may provide evidence of service delivery and your acceptance of these terms to the payment processor.
